At the moment we only service Arizona employees located in Arizona.

What jobs do you help people quit?

We service “employment at will” employees of Arizona only and do not service employment contacts. If you are unsure if your employment type is employment at will, please refer to your company’s employee handbook. You may also find the following website useful.

How is Mileage calculated?

Mileage on our premium drop off package is calculated from your residence location to the office drop off location. Rate is calculated at $.50 per mile and will be added to your invoice. You can calculate your estimated mileage cost by looking up the addresses on Google/Apple Maps.

Are there any mileage limits?

While we will try to service all of Arizona, we retain the right to refuse service. If your location is deemed too far, you will not be charged and services will not be performed.

How will I receive my last paycheck and when?

Current Arizona law states: An employee who quits, must be paid in the usual manner with all wages due not later than the regular payday for the pay period during which the termination occurred. If the employee requests, the employer must mail such wages.

Can you pick up my personal belongings?

We are unable to pickup your personal belongings as it would require limited power of attorney. Instead, we suggest gradually bringing your belongings home prior to the date that you initiate resignation through us.

Why do you require a Government Issued ID?

This service is intended to be purchased for yourself and not for someone else. The ID must match the identity of the person for whom this service is being performed. This service cannot be purchased on someone else’s behalf to avoid any malicious activity or intent.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases made through No Contact Quitting are final and will not be refunded. If you need to cancel or reschedule your resignation, please call us ASAP. Our phone number can be found on the Contact Us page.

How will I know services have been performed?

You will be in “Bcc” on the resignation email. This stands for blind carbon copy, meaning that your employer will not be able to see that you have been included on this email. You may need to check your junk folder if you do not receive the email at your scheduled time.
